Residential tick and mosquito control
Ticks and mosquitoes are public health pests, not just a nuisance. On Long Island, ticks can carry Lyme disease and other illnesses, and mosquitoes can carry West Nile virus. Our yard treatments focus on where these pests actually live: the shaded, humid edges of the property.
Treatment reduces pest pressure. It works best alongside simple habitat steps, which we point out during the site review.

- Perimeter, wood line and landscape bed treatment
- Attention to shaded foliage where mosquitoes rest
- Seasonal programs or one-time treatments before events

Residential weed control
Weed control for lawns, ornamental beds and hard surfaces. We identify what is growing, treat it at the right time of year, and tell you what will keep it from coming back.
A thick, healthy lawn is the best long term weed control, so our recommendations cover mowing, watering and bed care as well as treatment.

Commercial weed control

Deer and rodent repellent
Deer browsing can strip arborvitae, yews, rhododendrons and hollies in a single winter, and rodents such as voles chew bark and roots under snow and mulch. Repellent applications make plants taste and smell unappealing so animals feed somewhere else.
Winter deer sprays protect evergreens and shrubs through the months when natural food is scarce and browsing pressure is highest. Monthly deer and rodent repellent keeps coverage on new growth through the rest of the year, since repellents wear off with weather and plants keep growing.
Repellents reduce damage. They work best started before feeding habits form and kept on a regular schedule.
What is included
- Winter deer sprays for evergreens and shrubs
- Monthly deer repellent through the growing season
- Monthly rodent repellent for beds and plantings
- Review of which plants are most at risk
- Residential and commercial landscapes
Full site services
Many properties need more than one of these services: a home with a wooded edge and a pond, or a commercial site with parking areas, a drainage basin and invasive plants along the fence. We can cover the whole site under one plan, one schedule and one point of contact.
